What to include

Never email passwords, API keys, session cookies, full payment-card details, private keys, or other credentials. We will never ask for your password.

Billing and cancellation

Use the Stripe customer portal from your dashboard to manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. For an inaccessible account or suspected billing error, email support. Review the Refund and Dispute Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Security and abuse

Use the subject line Security report or Abuse report. Include enough evidence for us to identify the affected account or message without including unnecessary personal or secret data. Urgent threats to life or safety should be reported to the appropriate emergency authority first.

Service levels

Support is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. Plans do not currently include a guaranteed response or resolution time unless terrible llc agrees to one separately in writing.
