Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
How to cancel
Sign in, open the dashboard, choose Manage billing, and cancel through the Stripe customer portal. If you cannot access the account or portal, contact help@terrible.llc from the account email address.
What happens after cancellation
- Your paid plan ordinarily remains active through the displayed paid-through date.
- You may continue using the remaining plan quota during that period.
- The subscription will not renew after the period ends.
- At period end, the account moves to the Free plan and its limits.
- Resources beyond Free-plan limits may be disabled but are not immediately deleted; normal retention rules still apply.
Refunds
Cancellation does not create a refund or account credit. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. See the Refund and Dispute Policy.
Immediate suspension
Cancellation is different from suspension or termination for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Those circumstances may require immediate restriction and do not create a right to a refund.
