Refund and Dispute Policy

All terriblemail payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

No refunds or credits

Subscription charges are final. We do not provide full, partial, prorated, or usage-based refunds or credits for unused time, unused quota, forgotten cancellations, account inactivity, plan downgrades, suspension for policy violations, or recipient delivery and inbox-placement outcomes.

Canceling stops future renewals and does not reverse the current charge. Paid access continues through the end of the paid period as described in the Cancellation Policy.

Billing errors

If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise incorrect, email help@terrible.llc promptly with the account email, charge date, amount, and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors.

Payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. We may suspend an account while a payment dispute or fraud investigation is pending, and we may provide relevant account, acceptance, usage, cancellation, and communication records to Stripe, card networks, banks, or authorities when responding to a dispute.
